Bristol Labels Limited are one of the leading bespoke self-adhesive label printers in the UK offering both flexographic and digital printing.

We pride ourselves in every label that we print but believe we offer more than just a label! We believe that customer service and the relationship between customer and client is absolutely crucial - it’s a motto that’s driven us since we were born in 2004.

February 2004
Printers Assemble.
Team of 8 come together to start Bristol Labels and appoint Paul Stokes as Managing Director.
February 2004
The Takeover.
Bristol Labels purchase Baronial Labels with narrow web flexographic press & finishing unit to complement, and a die cut, slit and rewinding unit.
May 2015
Like Father, Like Son.
It's a family affair as Ben Stokes, son of Paul Stokes, is employed as Sales & Marketing Manager of Bristol Labels.
June 2015
Get Ready for Digital.
Bristol Labels add a string to their bow with the purchase of a 7 colour Epson Surepress digital press and GM finishing unit.
March 2016
A Huge Milestone.
We celebrate reaching 1 million pound turnover as the business goes from strength to strength.
August 2016
Out with the Old.
Keeping ourselves at the forefront, we purchased a new wider web flexographic press to replace the existing press. This was to match the 330mm width Epso
November 2016
A match made in heaven.
New wider web finishing unit to complement the new flexographic press purchased, replacing existing unit.
March 2017
Innovation and Progress.
Planning for the future of Bristol Labels, our bespoke filemaker system started its development.
April 2017
Coming and Growing.
Liam Crew joins the Bristol Labels family to help cope with increasing demand.
June 2017
In with the New.
Bristol Labels gets bigger and better with a new wider web, high speed die cut, slit and rewind unit purchased to replace the existing unit.
April 2018
A Proper Promotion.
Ben Stokes appointed as Sales Director.
November 2018
The End of an Era.
After years of excellent service to Bristol Labels, Paul Stokes steps down as Managing Director and retires.
December 2018
Passing the Mantle.
Ben Stokes takes over from his departing father as Managing Director alongside Marie Peacey who becomes Financial Director.
January 2019
New Year, New Me.
The Bristol Labels bespoke filemaker system is complete along with the launch of fresh new branding and website.
January 2019
Becoming a leader in beverage labelling.
Bristol Labels invest in the HP indigo digital press which replaces the Epson Surepress - reducing lead times for customers and increasing capacity.

More investment in the GM Miniflex to extend our finishing & embellishment capabilities
November 2021
Expanding again
Paul Blyth joins the Bristol Labels team as customer service manager
March 2023
The biggest investment in Bristol Labels History!
We purchased a new Edale FL1 Prime with spot varnish, laminating, foil and high build screen capabilities. This was part of our next stage of growth.
